Choosing your stone

White quartz kitchen island

Quartz

Our main material, and the most popular choice for new homes. Engineered quartz offers consistent colour and pattern from slab to slab, which makes it ideal for multi-unit projects. It is non-porous and easy to care for day to day.

  • Consistent look across units and rooms
  • Wide range of colours, including marble-look veining
  • Low maintenance

Granite

A natural stone quarried in solid blocks, so every slab is one of a kind. Granite is hard-wearing and handles the heat and traffic of a busy kitchen well.

  • Unique natural pattern
  • Very durable
  • Periodic sealing recommended

Marble

The classic. Marble's soft veining suits vanities, feature islands and statement pieces. It is softer than granite and quartz and will develop a natural patina over time.

  • Timeless veining
  • Beautiful in bathrooms and feature areas
  • Best for owners who like a lived-in patina

Porcelain

Large-format porcelain slabs are thin, light and very consistent, with finishes that can mimic marble, concrete or stone. A great fit for modern kitchens, backsplashes and wall cladding.

  • Large slabs with few seams
  • Modern, minimal profiles
  • Works on counters and walls
